Using 7K Distillery Reaper Gin ~ this cocktail has a bit of a kick!

~ Serves 2 ~

60ml gin ~ 7K Distillery Winter Edition Carolina Reaper Gin
{If unavailable slice and seed a quarter of a chili and add to your regular gin}
30 ml fresh lime juice
1 large wedge of watermelon cut in pieces
20 ml simple syrup {adjust for sweetness}

Muddle watermelon ~ add ice ~ pour in gin, lime juice & simple syrup.

Shake shake shake

Strain into glass over ice.

Add a splash of tonic or soda if you like a little spritz!
